| The product is good enough and works well once you get it installed. I have 2 primary complaints. The foam is sent over sized and has to be cut to fit. This requires a template. Creating the template is difficult and time consuming. Secondly, the adhesive that comes with the kit is very thick and difficult to squeeze from the tube. Must have been outdated. Anyway, plan on 3-4 hours and a lot of struggling, but once complete it does work well. A few pointers, use stiff corrugated cardboard for the main piece and poster board for the finish pieces. Have plenty of scotch tape and take your time with the template. Allow extra space when transferring template dimensions to foam, and be prepared with another non dated tube of adhesive. One other thing. Do not be afraid to climb into kayak and use your feet to push foam into place. Just be careful not to create a bulge in hull. Good luck... | ||||
