Just received my carbon sherpa. So off to the pool for roll practice and to try it out. First thing you notice is the weight, well actually the lack there of. Then how easily this paddle enters and exits the water, it's absolutely smooth. Power transfer is also exceptional. I ordered mine with no feather and I am glad I did. It has decreased the amount of time for me to back deck roll. All in all, I would recommend this paddle to any one. At $255 you can't beat the price either. The bent shaft will cost you a little more but, worth it if you prefer a bent shaft. |
