• Both inner and outer tunnels of the skirt snug tight with barrel lock bungee drawcords. The outer tunnel has a neoprene band for good grip on your sprayskirt.
   
• The neck and wrist openings adjust snug with hook and loop closures.
   
• The generously sized zippered mesh chest pocket keeps items like your whistle and sun screen close at hand. It has an internal key lanyard that can secure that whistle, as well as your vehicle key.
