The Flush Mount Rod Holders have been modified from a 3 Hole top plate to a 4 Hole top plate for added strength and to help prevent twisting when a big fish hits and each Kit comes complete with 1-Rod Holder, 1-Water Tight End Cap, and 1-Neoprene Mounting Gasket. The Rod Holders feature a wide mouth for easy rod placement and retrieval, as well as a molded in gimbal pin for secure placement of rods and rod extenders.
